Tetrad Property Group Appoints Jude Beller as President

Omaha, NE. January 26, 2015 – Tetrad Property Group, the Omaha-based commercial real estate development company specializing in public-private partnerships, today announced that Jude Beller has been appointed President of the company.

As President of Tetrad Property Group, Beller will assume a new full-time role leading the development and execution of company strategy and be responsible for day-to-day management decisions and operations. “As the General Counsel for Tetrad Property Group for the last few years, I have seen the tremendous growth and expansion of our public-private partnerships and owners representation services within the industry,” Beller said. “I am excited to take on another leadership role in the company as we continue to expand our work throughout the Midwest.”

Company co-founder Zach Wiegert, will retain the title of Chief Executive Officer, assuming a role with special emphasis on long-term client relationships and investment strategy for the company. “With our growth and the increasing number of projects we are leading throughout the region, this is the right time to separate these roles. We have lots of opportunities ahead and this transition will allow me to focus on strategic initiatives and new ways of deploying capital,” Wiegert said. Wiegert has served as the President and CEO since the company was established.
