Chad Beeson

President
As the President of Rainwood Development Partners, Chad provides executive leadership and establishes strategies for RDP initiatives across all platforms. Chad will work with an RDP Project Manager to set up the project team and assist with the ongoing management of the communication plan for the project and its stakeholders.  Additionally, he works with the PM to establish the project budget and schedule.  Chad has over thirty-two (32) years of project management and development experience throughout the central US. In his career, he has worked for private-sector clients, public institutions and non-profit organizations on a variety of project types including commercial offices, educational facilities, research laboratories, hospitals and medical clinics, athletic complexes, arenas, convention centers, and hotels.
