Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager for RDP, Bart serves as the day-to-day contact for owners on their projects. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining a clear and accurate direction for the project while leading the development, oversight of design and construction and estimating. He initiates ongoing contact with ownership and project partners, manages personnel, contract negotiations purchasing and scheduling. Bart has over 25 years of experience in managing construction projects across the United States and has lead projects for public institutions and private clients that required a high level of logistical sophistication.
