In February 2026, Alex transitioned into a new position as the Vice President at RDP, expanding his leadership responsibilities beyond senior project management to support the company’s long-term strategic growth and operational initiatives.  In this position, Alex plays an integral role in future planning, client relations, and partnership opportunities that support the continued expansion of RDP’s services.  In addition to his executive responsibilities, Alex continues to serve as a Senior Project Manager, acting as the primary point of contact for project owners and project teams throughout all phases of design and construction.  His leadership spans from initial planning and budgeting through final inspection and project delivery.  Alex is committed to organizational excellence, maintaining project schedules, and fostering effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.  With over ten (10) years of project management experience, Alex has developed specialized expertise in Public-Private Partnerships (P3), higher education, and healthcare projects.  His strategic mindset, client-focused approach, and operational leadership continue to strengthen RDP’s ability to deliver successful projects and sustainable growth.
