Three Crosses Medical Office Building

Commercial real estate investment firm Goldenrod Capital Partners and development firm Tetrad Property Group broke ground on the Three Crosses Regional Medical Office Building in November 2018. The new 65,000 square foot project will be located on the former Las Cruces Country Club site. The multi-tenant facility, which is adjacent to the Three Crosses Hospital, opened in early 2021.
