Olsson Corporate Headquarters was the first new office building built in the West Haymarket area of Lincoln, the new entertainment district created by the investment of over $400 million in public and private resources since 2011. The four-story, 80,000 SF building, accommodates over 250 employees at Olsson, a leading engineering and design firm. The building is also home to Q2, a leading provider of secure cloud-based virtual banking solutions for regional and community financial institutions, as well as Lutz, an accounting and business solution firm. In addition, retail tenants include HopCat and Which Wich Superior Sandwiches.
