Lofts at Foxridge

Commercial real estate investment firm Goldenrod Capital Partners and development firm Tetrad Property Group are working on a 396-unit multifamily residential complex in Raymore, Missouri. The project will provide a variety of unit sizes including studio, 1- and2-bedroom and include amenities such as high-end stainless-steel appliances, balconies, condo-level finishes, solid surface countertops, fitness center, resort style pool and a center green courtyard. Construction on this $50 million project was completed in 2022.
