Broadwell Senior Living is a 120 Unit, 3 story facility located in Kearney, Nebraska. This $23M project will be open in October 2021 and offer a variety of living options to allow residents to age in place. As residents’ needs and abilities change, so can the level of assistance they receive. This facility includes a physical therapy space, public as well as private dining, a bistro, and 7 different unit types depending on the users needs – all while being conveniently located directly across from the Kearney Regional Hospital.
