Bankers Trust Omaha Office

Bankers Trust is Iowa’s largest privately owned bank, headquartered in Des Moines. They serve personal and business banking needs, and also provide lending and wealth management solutions.

Bankers Trust hired Rainwood Development Partners as their Owner’s Representative for their new office located at the southwest intersection of N. 192nd Street and W. Dodge Road. The new office building is a two-story, 20,000 SF structure with over 40 offices and workstations, a drive-thru and ATM, a retail bank, a catering kitchen, a community space open to the public for events, and a second floor outdoor patio space overlooking the city of Omaha. Bankers Trust’s new Omaha location opened in January 2025.
