Bankers Trust Omaha Office

Bankers Trust is Iowa’s largest privately owned bank, headquartered in Des Moines. They serve personal and business banking needs, and also provide lending and wealth management solutions.

Bankers Trust hired Rainwood Development Partners as their Owner’s Representative for their new office located at the southwest intersection of N. 192nd Street and W. Dodge Road. The building will be a two-story, 20,000 SF structure with over 40 offices and workstations, a drive-thru and ATM, a retail bank, a catering kitchen, a community space that will be open to the public, and a second floor outdoor patio space overlooking the city of Omaha. Bankers Trust’s new Omaha location will be open January 2025.
