Colorado State University South & Foothills Campuses

TBD SF  •  Fort Collins, Colorado

In late 2016, this Public-Private Partnership (P3) Master Developer role begin with Colorado State University (CSU). CSU chose the P3 model to establish a relationship with a partner that could not only lead the development of its South and Foothills Campuses, but also offer financing, operations and maintenance for the various projects. This long-term relationship includes consulting, master planning, infrastructure improvements and the development of numerous new facilities. A partial list of identified projects within the P3 include: wet lab research facility, insectary and infectious disease research facility and a equine veterinary teaching hospital.

Each project is evaluated and the best value strategy for delivery will be determined. In some instances, our group may provide the full design, build, finance, operations and maintenance (DBFOM) spectrum of services and in others, will provide just the design and build. This flexible approach allows CSU to maximize value through a custom solution to each project.
